What's covered
All refurbished devices include a 30-day warranty against hardware faults — battery, charging, display, speakers, cameras, buttons and internal components. Every device goes through our full inspection before it ships.
What's not covered
Accidental damage (drops, cracked screens, liquid), normal cosmetic wear, and issues caused by unauthorized repairs. Cracked a screen? We can fix it — book a repair.
How to make a claim
Email sales@phonestn.comwith your order number and a short description, or visit either Connecticut branch. We'll repair, replace, or refund — your choice if we can't fix it.
